He is survived by: his stepdaughter Melissa Beth; his wife Patsy Dominick; his daughter Melissa Phelps (Rayford) of Calera, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Trevan Phelps of Calera and Mallory Phelps of Durant, Oklahoma; and his niece Susie Witt (Pat Lindsey) of Mansfield.
