He is survived by: his children, Chris Haworth (DeeAnn) of Utica, OK, Kelly Haworth (Tammie) of Oklahoma City, OK and Garrett Haworth (Jessica) of Durant, OK; his grandchildren, Tyler Haworth of Utica, OK, Derrick Haworth (Ciera) of Utica, OK, Asa Haworth of Oklahoma City, OK, Titus Haworth of Oklahoma City, OK and Lydia Haworth of Oklahoma City, OK; and his great grandchild Reese Haworth of Utica, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.
