He is survived by: his wife Gracie (Capehart); his children, Paul Howe (Patricia) of Durant, OK and Carol Dill (Kevin) of Madill, OK; and his sisters, Helen Stuff of Denison, TX and Susie Strong of Sulphur Springs, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
