Palmer of Oregon City, OR; his siblings, Carolyn Cooper of Ardmore, OK, Steve Bond of Ardmore, OK, Lisa Spikes of Ardmore, OK, Starr Linch (Mark) of Hulbert, OK and Melvin Palmer of Red Oak, OK; and his mother Ramona Williams (Hattensty) of Ardmore, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
