She is survived by: her husband Jerry Adair Sr.; her children, Jerry Don Adair Jr. (Cindy), Quinton Dan Adair (Kim) and Wanda Jensen; her grandchildren, Sara Adair, Brandon McAnally (Blanca), Billy Heil, Chris Heil (Samantha), Christian Powell, Angelica Glacoma, Tanner Barnes and Tucker Barnes; her great grandchildren, Braden, Jayden, Viviana, Olivia, Lucas, Felicity, Erik, Cleo and Arya; and her siblings, Pauline Henry and Richard Butler. She is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
