He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James Haggerty and Dortha Lorraine Haggerty (Horn). He is survived by: his wife Hazel Christine Haggerty (Smithart); his sons, Don Michael Haggerty, II and Donald David Haggerty; and his grandsons, Don Michael Haggerty, III, Ryan Paul Haggerty and Kyle Joseph Haggerty.
Due to coronavirus, a private, family internment will be held at the Highland Cemetery in Durant at the time of burial.
