She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin and Molly Beatrice Aplin (Wright); her husband Richard Hutchins; and her siblings, Monroe, Dugan, James, Billy, Joe, Sammy, John, Mary, Irene and Flora.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Brown (Tommy) of Durant, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Chelsea Brown of Durant, Oklahoma; and her sister Lorene Mullins of Mead.
