He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Alliene Wininger (Moore); his sons, Gene Wininger of Durant and Deloy Wininger, Jr. of Biggs, Oklahoma; his siblings, Stephen Wininger of Abilene, Kansas and Myrna Hroch of Temecula, California; and his grandchildren, Clinton Hicks of Oklahoma City, Christopher Bellew of Holdenville, Oklahoma and Sarah Wininger of Claremore. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandson.
