She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horner and Ollie Mae Horner; her husband James Wayne Cox; her former husband Lewis Chappell; and her siblings, Lawanda Wasserman, Johnny Horner and Charles Horner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Delis Phillips of Durant, Oklahoma. and Julie Rorick of Durant, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Leah, Sloan Bennett, Joshua Rorick of Calera, Kristie Gaskill (Mike) of Denison, Elizabeth Ellis (Brandon) of Durant, Amanda Gage (Joshua) of Mead, Dilan Phillips and Meghan Bruce of Durant; and her sisters, Barbara Shinn and Kay Koonce (Wayne) of Fairfield Tx. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, 14 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
