He is survived by: his father David Wayne, Sr. of Ardmore, Oklahoma; his grandmother Evie Hill of Durant, Oklahoma; his aunt Jennifer Steen (Paul) of Durant, Oklahoma; his siblings, Tommy West of Tennessee, Matthew West of Tennessee, Dakota Hickman of Ardmore, Matthew Hickman of Ardmore, Christopher Hickman of Ardmore, Shawn Hickman of Ardmore, Daelyn Hickman of Ardmore, Oklahoma and Sierra Hickman of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and his cousin Hendrix Steen of Durant.
