He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley William Smith and Mildred Smith (Paul); and his sister Willie Mae Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Anita Smith of Boswell, OK; and his children, Tyler Smith (Hailey Warner), Christina Bayless of DeQueen, Sara Crabtree (Takeda) and Eric Crabtree (Marissa). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, other extended family and friends.
