He is survived by: his wife Rheva Jo Nichols; his sons, Dan Michael Wells of Canyon Lake and Dr. Dwight Stephen Wells (Barbara) of Durant, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Dawn Camille Dellinger (Todd) of Achille, Rachel Lafleur (Lance) of Lafayette, Karen Elizabeth Christopher (Wells) of Tyler, Texas and David Jason Wells (Amanda) of Austin, Texas; his great grandchildren, Bret Austin Dellinger (Kaylie) of Kemp, Shelby Danielle Dellinger of Durant, Matthew Lafleur, Noelle Lafleur of Lafayette, Sophia Elizabeth Christopher and Andrew Bowen Christopher of Tyler, Texas; his great great grandchildren, Bexley Kayte Dellinger and Kitt Austyn Dellinger of Kemp, Oklahoma.; his nephew Jerry Wells (Barbara) of Hobe Sound, Florida; and his nieces, Dr. Friede Wells of Durant, Ruby Campbell of Benbrooke and Cheryl Toftey (Bruce) of Georgetown, Texas.
