He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Wallace Billy and Cynthia Mae Billy (Wilson); his grandparents, Sweeny Wilson, Mary Mae Wilson (Ward), Simon Billy and Mary Billy (Amos); his daughter Deana'Gina'Billy; his sister Nelda Diane Jacob (Billy); his brother-in-law Ray Hicks; and his nieces, Kathi Hicks and Jennifer Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa'Teri' Billy (Gibson) of Durant; his children, Bryon Mahli Billy of Durant, Jimmy Billy (Kerlissa) of Farmington and Nicole Roberts (Jake) of Ponca City; his grandchildren, Brenner Billy, Marni Billy, Minko Billy, Trayvian Billy, Logan Billy, Nazbah Billy, Jacoby Roberts and Jireh Roberts; his great grandchildren, Warren Billy, Dionne Billy and Ella Billy; his sister Elsie Hicks of Broken Bow; his brother-in-law Donald Jacob of Ada; and his siblings, Meredith Billy of Broken Bow, Eric Billy (Debra) of Norman, Wendall Billy of Broken Bow and Phillip Billy (Lisa) of Purcell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
He received numerous honors from the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, including his contributions to the game of stickball in 2011, The naming of Choctaw Nation 'Tody' Billy stickball field in 2018, and received a certificate of recognition as a first language speaker of the Choctaw language in 2023.
