He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Curtis and Ester Irene Mammshimer (Smith); his son Gregory Eugene Allen; and his siblings, Eugene Allen and Geannine Loucinda Billups.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, David of Durant, Katelyn of Schereville, Marc of Schereville, Emily of Schereville, Brandon of Schereville, Lance of Merrillville, Ethen of Atoka, Lacee of Atoka, Olahoma, Gregory of Atoka, Okalhoma, Bella of Muskogee and Alisha of Valparaiso, Indiana; and his sister Elizabeth Macarter of Kansas City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
