She is survived by: her children, Michael Vails (Shannon) of Weatherford, Texas and Kathy Springfield of Durant; her grandchildren, Braden Vails of Weatherford, Gunnar Springfield of Durant and Savanah Springfield of El Reno; her husband Gene Vails; her granddaughter Annette Flowers; and her siblings, Jesse, S. C. Buttram and Geneva Reeder (Monroe Cross).
