He was predeceased by: his parents, W. S. Moore (Tobe) and Julia Mae Moore; his former wife Juanita McCoy; his daughter Charlotte Moore Worsham; his sister Elizabeth Moore Mitchell-Beavers; his stepmother Edna Irene Iker Moore; his half-sister Twylia Jean Moore Johnson; and his grandson Danny Joe Worsham.
He is survived by: his children, Ted Moore (Vicki Belcher) of Durant, Sherry Moore Meador (James) of Newcastle and Candy Moore Reece (Bob) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Marsha Worsham, Matt Meador, Jamie Meador, Jennifer Willis, Summer Casey, Jennifer Belcher and Amber Belcher; and also, Ted, Candy and Elizabeth Loyd Diehm.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation to The First Church of the Nazarene Building Fund.
