He was predeceased by: his parents, Cochran LRoy Burkhalter and Imateen Benedict Burkhalter (Benedict); and his siblings, Rebecca Burkhalter and Bill Burkhalter. He is survived by: his wife Leticia Bockmann; his children, Bryson Burkhalter of Durant, Emma Daniel (Andrew) of Madison, WI, Kiersten Ayers (Brynn) of Midwest City, OK, Erin and Keigan Burkhalter; his brothers, Dewey Burkhalter (Sylvia) of Waxahachie, TX and Rodney Burkhalter (Sheryl) of Durant; his uncle Keiler Burkhalter (Linda) of Calera; and his grandchild Anberlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
