He is survived by: his cousin Logan Johnson; his great-grandparents, Ima Jean Butler, Juanita Hobbs and Leroy Walker; his great-great-grandparent Chaney; his parents, Kanda Forbis (Jackson) and Shawn Forbis; his brother Jackson Forbis of Calera, OK; his grandparents, James, Kay Jackson of Caddo, OK, Kip, Tammy Francis of Durant, OK and Michael Forbis of Calera, OK; his aunts and uncles, Kelby (Taylor Johnson), Kannon (Terra Jackson), Clayton Francis and Hannah Bryant (Mason Bryant) of Durant, OK; and his cousins, Lukas, Layne, Letty Johnson of Brown, OK and Kenzington Jackson of Caddo, OK. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
