He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Heflin and Theadora Heflin. He is survived by: his children, Penny Upchurch (Brett), Jerry Don Heflin, Kristy Countryman and Cindy Chastain (Bruce Knipe); his grandchildren, Tara Gibson (John), Ashton Ovalles (Haron), Elizabeth Upchurch, Elizabeth Countryman Laith Armstrong, Steven Chastain and Breanna Chastain; his great grandchildren, Logan Weekley, Jaydon Ovalles, Amelia Ovalles, Hayden Gibson and Maddison Stevens; and his siblings, Betty, Mary, Shirley, Woody and Butch. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
