It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Dale Blades (Durant, Oklahoma), born in Taos, New Mexico, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Donna L. Blades; his parents, Nobert Blades and Lorene Blades (White); his grandson Lonny O'Dell Miller; and his brother Don Blades.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Knight (Cody) of McAlester, OK, Erin Miller (Lonny) of Durant, OK and Eric Blades of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Emily Compton, Hattie Malicoat, Katelynn Knight, Kaylee Knight and Ryland Knight; and his siblings, Jimmy, Ray Blades, Marie Martin, June Russell, Sue Bolin and Janie Davidson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
