He is survived by: his wife Norma Pettett of Durant; his children, Sheryl Burkhalter (Rodney) of Durant, Vickie Grant (David) of Durant, Karen Pettett of Durant and Chris Pettett (Alicia) of Durant, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Gary Burkhalter (Kasey), Brad Burkhalter (Christie), Melissa Ingrum (James), Ashley Robertson, Cody Parker and Addison Pettett; his great grandchildren, Blake Burkhalter, Mason Burkhalter, Lander Burkhalter, Langston Lardi of Kailyn, Jacob Ingrum and Landon Robertson; his great great grandchild Wrenley Ingrum; and his close friend Cliff Parker.
