He is survived by: his wife Ann Matthews; his daughter Jackie Jo Perrin of Durant, OK; his sisters, Tommie Rodenberger (Robert) of Antlers, OK, Patsy McClure of Oklahoma City, OK and JoAnn Perrin Matthews (Steve) of Impson Valley, OK; his grandchildren, Samantha Baker Scott (Joseph Baker Scott) of Durant, Lane Edward Perrin, Erica of Covington, OK, Jericho Holder and Morgan of Soper, OK; and his great grandchildren, Lainey Jo Perrin, Paisley Dawn, Selleck Holder and Kai Leo Baker Scott.
