He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Weldon Taylor, Hallie and Jeff Chambliss. He is survived by: his parents, Keith Carter and Pamela Carter (Taylor); his brother Dr. Jordan Carter; and his grandmother Sylvia Taylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
