He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Luther and Dorothy Marie Maynard (Harris); and his aunts and uncles, D. V. Maynard (Cleo), Ward Maynard (Mae), Alice Branson (Leonard), Mary Page (Ed) and Zane Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Alene Maynard; his daughters, Cynthia McDaniel (Tommy) of Weatherford and Deborah Maynard Kidd of Mustang; his stepchildren, Saundra Wills (Scott) of Skiatook, Teresa Kelley of Woodward, Nita Carter of Weatherford and Richard Epperly (Andra) of Weatherford; his aunt Eula Payne-Constien; and his uncle Earl Maynard (Janice). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
