He is survived by: his parents, James Joel Smarr and Debbie Lynn Smarr (Sulser); his children, Carlee Smarr, Kase Smarr and Melody Istre; his grandchildren, Adam and Ryan Dixson; his siblings, James J. Smarr (JJ) of Durant and Kaylee Taylor (Justin "Boo") of Yukon, Oklahoma; his grandparents, Glenda Smarr of Russellville, Terry and Kaylynn Sulser of Durant; his aunts, Lori Krei (Dean) and Machele Gonzalvez; his uncle Mike Smarr (Terri); his nieces, Jolee Ann, Ellie Quinn, Emelyn Aren and Everleigh Allynn; and his child Abuse.
