With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wynona Valines Driskell (Duncan, Oklahoma), born in Blanchard, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Schley Brooks and Gladys Brooks; her husband Bob Driskell; her daughter Vicki Pollock; and her siblings, Joe Brooks, O. T. Brooks and Caroline Terrell.
She is survived by: her son Joe Driskell (Lea Ann); her grandson Jeff Pollock (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Ayden and Jordan; her granddaughter Lara Davis; her great grandchildren, Lydia and Netty; her grandson Adam Driskell (Joyce); her great grandchildren, Jade, Brianna and Katlyn; her grandson Matt Pollock (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Channing, Dawson and Ella.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (901 W Ash Ave, Duncan, OK 73533). A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery (1910 W Cypress Ave, Duncan, OK 73533).
