She was predeceased by: her parents, Mittie B. Jones and Henderson Harris, Jr.; her husband Donald Garrick; and her brother James Vernon Jones. She is survived by: her children, Derric Turner of Oklahoma City, OK, Tyler Garrick of Dallas, TX and Cormie're Bishop (CorMarie) of Choctaw, OK.; her granddaughters, Tonico Brown of Oklahoma City, OK and Taylor Bishop of Norman, OK; and her son-in-law Christopher Brown of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by loving nephews, nieces, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethany Missionary Baptist Church (1306 S 3rd St, Duncan, OK 73533). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Henderson Harris Cemetery.
