She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thurman and Cleo "Othella" Morgan (Pritchett) of Comanche, OK.; and her siblings, Charles "Edwin" Morgan, Elmer "Ray" Morgan and Ima Jean Wade.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Lee Cox of Comanche, OK and David Lynn Cox (Kim) of Marble City, OK.; and her grandchildren, Bryan of Vian, OK, Eric Cox of Vian, OK, Jessica Nelson of Enid, OK. and Sarah Shepard of Enid, OK.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitt Funeral Home (4748 US-81, Duncan, OK 73533). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church West (380 S 42nd St, Duncan, OK 73533). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fairlawn Cemetery.
