He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Jane Whitehead (Martin) and Olen Whitehead; his in-laws, Samuel and Fae Philpott; his daughter Karen Crumley; and his granddaughter Samantha Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Whitehead; his son Jon Whitehead (Loanna) of Walters; his grandchildren, Ryan Shahade (Rob), Colby Hilbert (Sandra) and Jared Whitehead (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Braxton Foster, Bree Foster, Maddie Whitehead, Mia Hilbert and Rosslyn Shahade; and his siblings, Roy Whitehead (Debbe) of Walters, Joy White of Walters and Cathy Hooser of Walters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
