She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Carter and Virginia Ann Carter (Morgan). She is survived by: her close friend Brian Livingston; her siblings, Robbie Carter-Gilbert (Don Lavoie) of Duncan, Oklahoma and Rick Carter (Lora) of Houston, Texas; her niece Kami Holt (David) of Huffman, Texas; her nephew Kendal Carter (Brandy) of Atascocita; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kameron Carter, Klair Holt, Maddie Jo Holt and Davis Holt.
