He was predeceased by: his parents, Case Enoch and Effie Enoch (Dillon). He is survived by: his wife Betty Enoch; his daughters, Beth Russell (Larry) of Central High, Susan Greene (Earl) of Las Vegas and Carol Tansey (Bob) of Edmond; and his grandchildren, Stephanie (Micah Rigdon), Kim (Kyle Jarman), Earl III (Robin Greene), Camille (Wes Maggard) and Tiffany (Russell Eustace). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Otey's honor may be made to the Central Baptist Church Building Fund and online.
