He was predeceased by : his parents, Matthew Brown and Margaret Brown; and his brother Robert Brown. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Brown of McAlester; his son Michael Brown; his daughter-in-law Brandy; his daughter Crysta Holtmyer; his son-in-law Jeff; his grandchildren, Jocie Kate, Anna Elane and Deacon Edward; his great grandchild Cohen Kate; and his sisters, Bernie Burwell and Sylvia Ann Bronson.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Whitt Funeral Home (3720 US-81, Duncan, OK 73533).
