He is survived by: his spouses, Iva Lynne Dutton and Kathy; his children, Marcella Sleeker (Ben), Chris (Christy Sleeker), Sam Sleeker, Stacy, Dewayne Berry and Kimberly Fletcher; his grandchildren, Tyler Sleeker, Brandie Sleeker, Jordan Burnett, Justin Sleeker, Devon Sleeker, Phillip Sleeker, Patrick Berry, Nic McAlester, Jessica McAlester, Tanner Berry, Cameron Berry, Chance Berry, Hanna Fletcher, Aalejah Rogers and Joshua Rogers; his siblings, Dennis (Sandra Sleeker), Linda (Bill Dewbre) and Phyllis (Harry Riley); and his former wife Iva Lynne Dutton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
