She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Mills and Caldonia "Callie" Benton (Todd); her son Tony Joe Seely; and her brother Charles Mills. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Casteel (Robby) of Duncan and Twila Nelson of Pace, Florida; her grandchildren, Wade Lyn Lisbon Jr., Brittany Lisbon, Kristie Lisbon, Randy Seely, Tori Seely, Lily Lindsay, Nicole Williams and Savannah Williams; and her great grandchildren, Destiny Savage, Rylee Richards, Josiah Lisbon, Coop Lindsay and Rose Lindsay.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel (4748 US-81, Duncan, OK 73533). A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery (1910 W Cypress Ave, Duncan, OK 73533).
