He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Shults and Claudia Shults (Blazevich); and his brother Robbie. He is survived by: his wife Vickie George; his children, Chris White of Cancun, Deana Thompson (Nathan) of Oklahoma City and Mandi Berry (Kevyn) of Duncan; his grandchildren, Clayton Berry (Michaela Taylor), Payton McBane, Christian Thompson and Colton Berry; his great grandchild Eleanor Berry; his sisters, Linda Shults and Cindy Bradburry; and his sister-in-law Lori Shults. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
