He was predeceased by : his parents, Nelson E. Clark and Grace Clark (Greenwood). He is survived by : his nephew Oklahoman (Ila Taylor); and his nieces, Kathy Brady and Cindy Quinlivan (Mark).

A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church of Duncan (380 S 42nd St, Duncan, OK 73533). A burial was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at the Duncan Cemetery (1600 S Hwy 81, Duncan, OK 73533).
