He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel "Mack" Stogner and Mary Frances "Fran" Stogner; and his sister Beth Green. He is survived by: his uncle Robert "Butch" Yeilding (Virginia) of Norman, Oklahoma.; his nieces, Renee Arias (Ruben) of Amarillo and Kimberly Rosinbaum (Ben) of Sanger Texas; and his nephew Cory Moore (Susannah) of Pascagoula Mississippi.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (US-81, Empire City, OK 73533).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Joel's memory to Think Ability, Inc. 1301 West Main, Duncan Ok 73533.
