He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Melva and Mary Pauline Boyer (Cooksey); his siblings, Charlie Boyer, Candy Mash, Mary Brake, Geraldine Peeples and Wanda Boyer; and his stepson David Hancock.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Jessie Boyer (Sydni), Leslie Herndon, Jessica Boyer, Jonathan Boyer (Shayla), Jaron Boyer (Kelly), Jeremy Boyer (Adrianne) and Joel Boyer (Megan); his stepchildren, James Hancock (Dorothy), Krista Harper (Shane), Susan McMahan (Joe) and Carrie Wilkinson; his siblings, Gwin Boyer, Melba Anderson and Hattie Brown; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Hancock. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
The inurnment will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairlawn Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (207 N 2nd St, Duncan, OK 73533).
