He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshal H. Lewis and Wilma Pearl Lewis (Kindred). He is survived by: his children, Natalie Susanne Samuels of Duncan, Allen Wayne Lewis of Duncan and John Tocas Lewis of Oklahoma City; his significant other Rose Ellen Lewis of Duncan; and his grandchildren, Rachel Lewis, Megan Lewis, Sydney Lewis, Ian Lewis, Mikah Lewis, Connor Holt, Madyson Holt, Rylen Samuels, Cayden Lewis and Zaider Lewis. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
