It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gennive Gallaher of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Gennive may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gennive touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Williams and Myrtle Williams (Shaw); her husband George Gallaher; and her children, Georgia Ann and Danny Ray.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Gallaher of Comanche, Jody Gallaher of Duncan and Jerry Gallaher of Comanche. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fair Baptist Church (3535 Empire Rd, Empire City, OK 73533).
