He is survived by: his wife Janet Chaffin; his son Jeff Chaffin (Mindy) of Rush Springs; his granddaughters, Chelsi (Alex) of Oklahoma City, Ashlyn (John) of Rush Springs and Madisyn (Michael) of Rush Springs; his great grandchild Damon; his cousin Bob Durham of Wichita Falls, TX; and his nephew Brent Bailey of Duncan.
