He is survived by: his daughters, Tamera Thacker (Steve), Jana Lowe (Gary) and Debra Dobrinski-Ganis (Woody); his grandchildren, Lindsey Gouker (Greg), Travis McRae (Emily), Jessica McGlocklin (Blake), Christen Green (Chris), Matthew Lowe, Caleb Dobrinski (Jaci), Cayden Dobrinski, Cari Crow (Jason) and Cory Thacker (Kristy Adams); his great grandchildren, Davin Hodges, Easton Hodges, Liam McRae, Isla McRae, Allie McGlocklin, Chloe McGlocklin, Christopher Green, Lucas Green, Leah Dobrinski, Lily Dobrinski, Raelyn Crow, Deakon Crow, Kaleb Thacker and Kellan Thacker; and his wife Anna Baker.

At the time of his passing, Delbert was a board member of the Oklahoma Academy for State Goals and the Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation.
