He was predeceased by: his mother Nona Ruth Tinney; and his siblings, Bonnie Miller, Twila Youngblood and Benny Tinney. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Kevin Tinney; his father James Tinney; and his siblings, Virginia Tucker, Jim (Earlene Tinney) and Wayne (Susan Tinney). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
