It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvle Ruben Adkins Jr. of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvle Adkins and Gertrude Adkins Sr.; and his sisters, Pauleen Oakley, Mary Kelly, Gladys Clemons, Opal Bohreer and Janie Turney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Boren (Jed) of Duncan and Tracy Fudge (George) of Duncan; his brother Dwain Adkins of Duncan; his granddaughters, Sandra Waters (Patric) and Crystal Herringshaw (George); his great grandchildren, Brittany Eakins, Daniel Brock, Abby Yates and Michael McConnel Jr.; and his great great grandchild Ibey Anderson (Joleen Rose).
