He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Dowe Brumley and Violet Belle Gooch Brumley; and his sisters, Theresa Brumley and Desiree Brumley. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Flesher (James) of Hallet and Steven Dowe Brumley, Jr. (Jessica Edwards) of Drumright, Oklahoma; his brothers, David Allen Brumley of Hallett and Mike Hill of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Annaleice Marie Brumley, Lane Wyatt McCulley and Zetta Jane Rene Brumley; and his great grandchild Lilith Renee Henrick. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
