He was predeceased by: his father R. D. "Bucky" Carroll; and his grandparents, R. F. "Bob" Carroll and Edith Carroll. He is survived by: his mother Loy Ann Carroll; his grandsons, Wyatt Blaine and Waylon James; his wife Katherine Carroll; his children, Katie Carroll-Wilson (Josh) and Blaine Carroll (Taylor); his grandchildren, Wyatt Blaine McLintock Applegate, Waylon James Wilson and Adelyn Chenoa Wilson; and his siblings, Leigh Ann Miracle, Jay Carroll and Paul Carroll. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
