He is survived by: his children, Kelly Kay Hallman (Kirk Deitsch) of Brooklyn and Jerry Dean Hallman (Michelle) of Buckeye, Arizona; and his siblings, Wallace Hallman (Susan) of Drumright, Donna Jean Mercer (Jack) of Miami, Jean Sparks of Cleveland and Margie McPhail (Dennis) of Edmond. He is also survived by NUMEROUS Nieces – Nephews – Other relatives - & friends.
