He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Haskell and Bonnie Offutt; and his uncle Dane. He is survived by: his mother Renita Sue Offutt (Carr) of Schlegel; his aunt Brenda Offutt; his father David Offutt; his sister Nicole (Eriin) of Luther; his niece Kalli Grace; his nephews, Kade and Colden; and his aunts and uncles, Susan Offutt, Donald, Glynda Offutt, Suzie Davis, Redena, David Holley, Randy and Delores Carr. He is also survived by several other relatives, and friends.
