He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Grady and Lera Elizabeth Lowe (Bateman); his sister Betty Baird; his brother-in-law Reece Brooks; his son Terry Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Vivian Hope Duncan and David Henry Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Joan Lowe; his son Brent Lowe (Diana); his grandchildren, Tayler Lowe, Matthew Lowe (Liz), Melissa Duncan (Richard) and Hannah Lowe; his great grandchildren, Mason Deanda and Quinn Duncan; his siblings, Russell Lowe, Martha LaMascus (Richard) and Janie Brooks; and his brother-in-law Dale Baird. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
