He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cochran and Mary Cochran; his wife Reta Carol Cochran; his brothers, Charles Cochran (Buddy) and Ronald A. B. Cochran; his sons, Eddie Don, Ronald Wayne and Dwayne Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Fowler and Don Gregory.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Sue Cochran and Starbuck Apollo Cochran; his grandchildren, Kylie, James Robert, Angel Renee, Cheyane, Kelsy, Ruby and Kenny; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Zoey, Little James, Deklan and Gracie; and his sisters, Carolyn Grant (Jim Grant), Marlene Fowler and Maxine Gregory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
